Location: Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons, Joseph S. Koury Convention Center
Cost: $165 until July 10; $200 Onsite. Online registration will close July 10. Payment must be mailed by July 10 in order to be processed. Some sessions require additional payment.

Program Focus
Monday, July 19
CTE Administrator sessions will begin at 8:00 am.
Monday sessions will include updates from Rebecca Payne, State Director of CTE; Greg Gift, Assistant Director; Rhonda Welfare, Senior Analyst; and, Mary Jo Nason, Interim Section Chief for Curriculum. A status report on the Numeracy In CTE project by Cheryl Rice and an update on the Crisis of Relevance report from the Career Ready Commission by John Metcalf and Tom Haffner will be presented. The day will end with a session on Local Course Options presented by Mary Jo Nason and David Wehbie.
Tuesday, July 20
CTE Administrator sessions will begin at 8:30 am.
Tuesday sessions will consist of concurrent sessions including: Elements hands on training in computer labs; Updates from David Wehbie, Section Chief for Credentialing; Updates from Felicia Gray-Watson, Interim Section Chief for Support Services. The Administration Division of NCACTE will sponsor a luncheon for the business meeting.
Opening Session for the 2010 Conference will begin at 1:30 pm
The 2010-2011 class of CTE Administrative Interns will meet for orientation 3:30 -5:00 pm.
